Registration for the 2010 Group and Health DP Seminar is open.
To reserve a spot please contact Barbara at service@mateseminars.com. Seminar registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration is not complete until payment is received. However, for individuals who contact us prior to sending payment, we will hold spots for up to 30 days while we await payment.
To register please fill out a registration form and mail it with your payment to the address on the form.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to July 28th will be given a full refund. Refunds on cancellations made after this date will be made on a case by case basis.
